Gluten-Free Dough Ball Cooking Instructions

  • Defrost in refrigerator overnight.
  • Place between sheets of wax paper and roll to desired thickness.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • For a crispy texture, Par bake on a sheet pan for approximately 10 minutes. For a softer texture do not par bake.
  • Top with your favorite toppings. We recommend small amount of sauce. Total weight of toppings of a 16 oz. of dough should be no more than 13 oz.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 10-15 min, or until cheeses have melted and crust looks caramelized (brownish).
  • Let  rest on counter two minutes before slicing and serving.
  • Just roll to your desired thickness, add your favorite ingredients, and bake at 425 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
